An interview is a way to judge a person's ability. Specially a job interview is very important in a man's life. In job interviews usually applicant's  mental, capacity of learning , and delivering method of his information is tested. Along with this all his personality ,conscientiousness ,agreeableness, emotion stability , openness of new experiences is also tested.

Along with all these we have to face some questions according to our nature of job in which we are interested.These questions should be answered confidently if we show shyness or any type of fear because first impression is last impression.

We should never beg for a job. This will effect  our self respect and if we will not get this job we will always be dissatisfy .
