Using different techniques hackers and other criminal mentality qualified; national states, terrorist groups, stateless organizations and unscrupulous people can launch a cyber attack anytime and anywhere, disrupting and damaging to the privacy of state and individuals.
Cyber Secure Pakistan needs to establish a multi-industry group that brings closer the government and all stakeholders at the level of society and academics in an effort to increase the range of cybersecurity in all three levels of government, NGOs and international. Cyber security can not be restricted and outsourced to a single sector. The powerful cyber threats requires fair commitment of all stakeholders, including all large and small from all sectors organizations. The need of time is now to act locally and globally to protect countries and people with developed laws against cybercrime; Government should develop a level of transparency in all agencies law enforcement respect strictly the rule of law to ensure the viability of laws and strategies designed to deter threats and to deal with criminals cyber attacks such. Annual Conference on Cyber Security Pakistan must be maintained, that is the right platform to counter threats to cybersecurity. Security forces must prioritize resources, build multi-stakeholder consortium, and develop the knowledge, tools and strategies that will be necessary to effectively counter the threats and ultimately improve IT security.
Government should establish a strategy frontline defense against immediate threats by creating or improving shared awareness of network vulnerabilities, threats and events within the Federal Government and ultimately with state, provincial, local and tribal and respective stakeholders from the private sector to boost Pakistan's ability to deter current vulnerabilities and prevent intrusion. There is a need to establish an international link between similar organizations in other countries to develop better strategies to counter cyber threat.Training be given to students in vocational education by providing free education and courses to make it easier for ever more people to become expert in the field of cybersecurity. Necessary defense against the full spectrum of threats by improving capabilities counter threats and Pakistani intelligence and increase the reach of education of information technology to create awareness among people about the importance of this threat growing that has been neglected though; this is the way in which security and strengthen the future development of cyber security efforts throughout the province and federal government; and the government must work to define and educate people about the strategies developed to prevent hostile or malicious activity to decrease the loss of people and the state, the less possible.
As previously mentioned all sectors, departments, institutions, organizations, etc in Pakistan should be required to actively participate in this process.
