Today is the second day that I have been shedding extra amount of food intake. I did not noticed that I was gaining weight until I saw a recent picture of me and I right away agreed that I have gained extra weight. I am really dead serious about losing weight so I have started my routine to lose weight. I have lessen my carb intake and I'm starting to get back to my cardio workouts. My determination for this is very high that I have locked down my thoughts already to the achievement that I would gain in the end.
