Michael Sweeney talks about the JOBS Act (Jumpstart Our Business Startups), a piece of legislation which isnow waiting to be signed by President Obama in the coming days. The JOBS Act is supposed to change the way small businesses and start-ups can be fund.
He also relates it to Film Annex Buzz which provides a platform for small companies and entrepreneurs, and drives traffic for them. Film Annex Buzz is in discussion with Etico Capital about crowdfunding.
