1. Go to the Nearest Eastwest Branch and Bring the following Requirements. . .

       (a.) 2 Valid ID’s (Any Government Issued ID’s)
       (b.) TIN Numbers/SSS Number or GSIS Number
       (c.) Proof of Billing/Brgy. Clearance
       (d.) 2 pictures either (2x2) or (1x1)

2. Proceed to the Teller and tell them that you want to apply for ATM Visa Card. . .

3. Fill up the Application Form given to you. . .

4. If your done then submit it to the Teller with your initial deposit P 100.00 but I suggest to make it P 200.00 if you want to use this card in verifying your PayPal account. . .

5. You’re registration is Done. . . (1 week before you can get your ATM Visa Card)

I highly recommend this Card because it’s cheaper than others, no maintaining balance and also no bank charge if you withdraw from PayPal to the receiving Bank. . .
