INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp butter, softened
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1-2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, finely grated
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
Loaf of Kalamata bread, sliced in half, lengthwise
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking dish with tin foil for easier clean up.
- Combine the butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste together in a bowl; mix until evenly combined.
- Slice the loaf of bread lengthwise in half. Equally spread the butter mixture over each half of the loaf. Place the bread onto the baking sheet then loosely cover the top of the bread with a piece of tin foil. Bake for 15 minutes; remove the tinfoil and turn the oven to broil. Cook the bread, watching VERY carefully, so it doesn't burn. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
