Kapeng Barako and Tablea Affogato Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml kapeng barako
  • 4 scoops good-quality vanilla ice cream
  • 4 pcs tablea, coarsely chopped

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Make the kapeng barako.
  2. Put the ice cream into four dessert glasses or cups.
  3. Drown each with coffee and serve while warm and melting.
  4. Add tablea in the hot coffee before pouring over the ice cream.
