Keyboard Hacks on Excel Spreadsheet

Although we've been given keyboard shortcuts during college days but these trick was never learned from school. 

 

While working on your Excel Spreadsheet file and you need to make a quick selection on data that you are entering from top to bottom here's how it works.

1. Select the upper left most cell that needs to be included... (see graphic sample below)

 

 

2. Hold [SHIFT] key and Select the lower right most cell that needs to be included... (see graphic sample below.)

 

3. From this point, you can do "copy" , "cut"..

Simple trick but very very useful..
