Kheer
Recipe
Ingredients:-
Milk 1 litre
1/2 cup basmati or any fragrant rice
1/2 tin milkmaid(condense milk)
Sugar as per ur taste
2 carrots grated or 1 1/2 cup
Rose or Kewra essence few drops
walnuts
Method- Boil rice in 1 n 1/2 cup water till nearly done.
Mix cooked rice, milk n carrots together n let it cook on simmer.
Keep scraping the sides n stirring as it shldn't stick to the vessel.
when it's reduced to 1/2 add sugar n walnut pieces
Simmer for more time till it thickens to kheer consistency.. more
thicker the more tastier.
Put off the the flame n add essence.decorate with badam slivers.
