Kinetic energy equation

Today i am calculating kinetic energy equation,

kinetic equal to work of the body,                                  K.E=W=WORK

If a body of mass m traveling with the speed v,then we can stop it by using force F in opposite direction as:

                                                  from this equation    2as=vf^2  -  vi^2  .. ....     (1)

vf=0 in this case

vi=v in this case initial velocity  

a=f/m by newton's law

                                                   by putting the values     in (1)    so        2f/mS=0^2 - v^2

                                                                                                                       FS=1/2 mv^2

FS=WORK OF BODY=W, W=K.E                                                    K.E= 1/2 mv^2

NOTE: K.E IS DENOTED THE KINETIC ENERGY OF ANY OBJECT.
