While I was doing my laundry – who else will do mine? This is a problem of living in a dorm and a way of saving money. Anyways, it is just my clothes, the bed sheets were changed 3 days ago. Okay, going back, while I was doing my laundry, the kitchen exploded with a smell of a burning garlic and onion and a smell of a breading mix. I went out to check who’s in the kitchen. It was Job doing his kitchen task. Kitchen is now back for operations. He was preparing a fried fish and a vegetable dish (Pinakbet in local dialect) combination of squash, eggplant, okra. It smelled heaven when he added shrimps and small pieces of chicken.

While we were eating, another group of tenants started theirs too – they started heating the pan for the vegetable dish (adobong kangkong (water spinach) and frying pan for the fish. They also have a good combination.
