this may look very funny to us sitting here in front of our laptops looking at something which is soo out of place!!! but this actually depicts the plight of the animals in our country who would take any place for a little shade and rest ...a place where it doesn't fear being run down..before the question arises where the traffic police actually is the point is why are there so mant stray animals not taken care of...these dogs are taking place of our national guards...what a pun!!!
