Notice:

Height now takes into effect with wind turbines.

Base height <64, no power

64-150, 150.

>150, 200 LV/t, in clear weather. Raining adds another 50 LV/t, and storms brings the power output up 100 LV/t, from base.

Although, less than 64 means you will be underground. If the turbine can not see the sky, or is below sea level, it will not turn.
