INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g of minced beef
- 4 cans of chopped canned tomatoes (4 x 400 g)
- 2 liters of water
- 4 bouillon/stock cubes
- 2 onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 shredded carrots
- 500 ml of cream
- 4 tbsp of tomato pure
- 2-3 tbsp of oregano
- 3-4 tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of black pepper
- 400 g of pasta
- extra virgin olive oil
- Cheese for the top
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Chop the onion and garlic and grate the carrots. Saute the onion and garlic in someolive oil in a large saucepan. Add in the beef. When it is cooked you add in the carrots and the skinned tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt, pepper, water and bouillon cubes. Stir until it is well mixed. Put a lid on and let it simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.
- Pour in the pasta. When the pasta is cooked you turn off the heat and pour the cream in. Mix and season with ekstra salt if needed. It is ready to get served! Serve with some cheese on top and bread on the side.
