Now I want to tell you about its major tools which are used in major operations with their specific functions…Mostly tools are very costly because tools bears much vibration, hotness, temperature, coldness and many other things which have very bad effects on it. So, every single engineer or designer makes a unique tool which gives us maximum progress and minimum cost… This is the main cause which everyone have desire this...now here we go about it's major tools functions, structure and designs…

Tool:

A machine tool is a tool that is used for machining in metals or other materials for done specifics functions… like drill for drilling operation, boring tool for boring, Ramer for reaming and so on….

Here are some types of tool…

Drill:

A drill is a tool which Is fitted with cutting tool or driven tool. Mostly used with drilling bit for doing holes on their specifics locations of their wok parts and with attachments for fastening for different materials. This tool is only for dig holes on their specific work parts. It’s very hard because it’s made of carbide tangaston material which is so much hard in hardening material lists… Drills are mostly used in metal work shop, wood workshop, medicine or space industry etc… Drills are available in markets with their variety with work and capacity..

Boring Tool:

Boring an operation for existing the hole with their specifics limitations….by single point or multi point cutting tools…actually boring operation for that greater accuracy for holes diameter…. Like gun barrels etc..Boring operation can be on various machines like milling, lathe, hobbing and drilling etc on their needy basis… it’s also available in different sizes with its power and capacity…

Reamer:

it’s a type of rotary tools…its general same like boring operation but with the higher degree accuracy to leave smooth sides. Some of reamer are general reamers for general purpose in which we don’t have need higher degree accuracy….It’s also available in markets with their specific materials, power and capacity..
