Leader we need having qualities
Though we found countless problems in our country, Pakistan , in all walks of life, we are looking for such a personality having the ability to manage to remove them and put the country on the track of improvements and developments of departments.
I would like to define the qualities of good leadership that can tackle these problems which are facing our society in all levels in all spheres’ of life. A good leader displays certain qualities in his work which are indispensable for the achievement of an objective.
Above all, a good leader is a democrat. He evolves everyone in decision making. He believes in freedom of expression and delegates and distributes responsibility as widely as possible. He does not suffer from the complex i.e. the delusion that whole world rests upon his shoulders. He is an inspirer. He directs and guides whole nation on right tracks which belongs to national collective interests. Because of his good management , people feel the necessity of his presence in all important matters. This is the quality of good leader that he believes in assumption that everyone with whom he deals is capable of some contribution so, he never falls prey to subjectivism i.e he does not let his own preferences, prejudices, likes and dislikes block the contribution of any one with whom he deals and he is prefect in realism and believes in hard work.
He does not let the nation to make castle in air , he shows the nation where they are stand and what they have to do further to overcome mega collective problem to walk successfully with developed civilized nations of the world.
Our country , in all concerned solvable issues, great demand in need of leaders in all walks of life , in our administration , in education , in industry and agriculture, in our defense , army and in politics, he must know the demands of foreign or international interests, but never bargains national interest by using his statement ship and political techniques. Our people facing a world of flux and everyone has to attain the great goal of the greatest good of the greatest number.
By good leaders we mean the people who know and understand what sort of improvements is needed and how to affect it. They are determined in work sincerely, patiently and joyfully. A good leader never cares about the opposition but always try to lead others in a different ways of thinking or a different course of action.
