Last month I was in Monterrey, by the National Event to Welcome for Leaders of Tomorrow, were four days of many experiences that don´t pass twice in life, I met leaders of all the Republic, we heard many speakers, their ideals, their motivation to move forward, how they faced difficult circumstances, some more extreme than others, but each of them let us see some of them that drive me to new challenges I confront, to meet the goals that I have raised .

With the activities I met my new skills when I realized activities had never done before, like the TEC Challenge, I was able to do activities and plans with other leaders, but put together a lot of leadership can be counterproductive, which occasionally becomes difficult, we are accustomed to lead in different areas, but not all listen to other opinions.

One of the lessons that most touched my heart was always share my dreams and achievement, so that when you reach the top of my goals have with whom to share Or someone who expects us to give us a hug.
