NHMRC CEO Professor Warwick Anderson has praised the announcement of Professor Anne Kelso as the incoming CEO of NHMRC, made today by Minister for Health Sussan Ley. 'Professor Kelso has proved herself to be not only an outstanding researcher, but also a leader in the health and medical research sector,' Professor Anderson said. 'As a member of NHMRC Council since 2012, NHMRC's Research Committee from 2001 to 2004, and as a valuable contributor to many other NHMRC responsibilities such as peer review, I have always found her input to be considered, astute and immensely valuable,' he said.
