Cooking Tips
Cooking is a word that everyone knows. This is use in everyday life. Cooking can make our life become more productive and creative. But what does it mean. Boiling a water is cooking? Is baking cakes and pastries cooking? What about making a salad? Or reheating food leftovers?
So basically, cooking means apply heat to the food. Cooking can affect the color of foods from how it is cooked. Fresh vegetables were looked brighten in first cooked but eventually lessen its true color if they’re cooked for too long. So cooking can change the taste of food depend on heat consume. It may lose the nutrients contents of the food. It may also lose its flavor when it is not cooked as the instruction says.
