Started my Crewing hours by building a set for Kelly Gills. i did 15 hours for them to help build a set. i learnt how to build a set and the technical side of supporting the boards successfully.

There were a lot of useful things i learnt from them couple of days i spent there but unfortunately i also learnt from procedures i felt were not professional enough. i was not treated like an adult and was pushed to the bottom of the pile.i made suggestions that were not listened to until someone else brought them up later on. i felt that the person in charge did not know what they were doing but from the outcome it helped me problem solve and work out the problems that occurred over the space of time.

On a whole i did learn a lot from them days about set construction and how to overcome problems that may arise from building a set. if i ever choose to build a set in the future i need to make sure that there are plenty of resources available to the workforce to finish the job.
