Sometimes it is necessary to just hear yourself think for once. There are So many things that can try to steal our peace in life and letting them do so will be a failure on our part. It is up to you to guarantee your peace of mind.
I often Find myself unable to move on with work or make sense of where I'm at in life and what I am doing. When such happens I know that I am not getting as much alone time as I need, and I make adjustments as I see fit.
It is totally up to you. You just have to act as soon as you see that you're not feeling well. Get to a quiet place and listen to nothing for a long time. You'll feel your thoughts and senses coming back to you.
