Lisa is happy about herself. She says it’s good to be Lisa Haydon. Her comeback in Queen was killer. She was a Bohemian single mom who was a support kangana at her hard time. She made her laugh and give away her past. She was a good friend to her.

It was in reports that she was written off after Rascals, feels like yesterday. She says, such rumors never let me down. I know that no one expected me to do movies again, I wasn’t upset because I din’t do anything worth being accepted, by the industry. I’m realistic and objective. Even after Rascals and Alisha, I wanted a role in which I can put my soul into and mould myself. Just after the movie was released some critics said that she over overshadowed kangana but both the actress begged to differ. She said, Kangana was brilliant in her act and I wouldn’t go that far even though people have.

After the heart-touching Queen, the star is all set for the remake of shaukeen, as a lead role opposite to superstar Akshay Kumar. She says, this a huge opportunity and I am very excited and thrilled. And movies are what I want to do.

The newcomer hasn't seen the original movie Shaukeen, which was directed by Basu Chatterjee and has been asked not to watch as her role in the remake is completely different from the character in the original movie. She appreciated Akshay Kumar about his personality, punctuality and joyful nature. Lisa may not had much Hindi to speak in Queen. But she has to in the remake of Shaukeen. So, she has started taking Hindi classes to make herself more confident and is making every effort to give her best because of the confidence that has been shown to her.
