Now i want to writte about How to lose weight very easy this is my method and im trying this method and really works. In our country bread used very much but I leave it. I eat just little bread to make my food more delicious.
What to eat?
To lost weight and to be full with vitamins you eat potatos and salads. They have a lot of vitamins and you eat them without bread. Potatos you put in water with saline and wait till boil. Every girl can understand what i mean. (im sorry maybe my english is bad)
Sometimes you change this menu, you can eat also other thins but not with pulp. Dont eat chocolates, dont drink aerated things leave all. And also dont forget to make exercise for you stomach to make abs
