Incredients.
- Rice 1kg.
- Sugar 3/4 kg.
- Water 1/2 liter.
- Cardamom 5 or 6.
- Zafraan 1/2 tablespoon.
- Orange peel.
- Khoya.
- Almond.
- Cashew.
- Currant.
- Differed food colors.
- Cooking oil. 1/4 cup.
Recipe.
Boil the rice first. Warm the cooking oil or ghee, put zafraan, cardamom, sugar, water and make syrup.
Now put boil rice in syrup and cook it till rice will absorb the syrup. Don’t slow the fire.
Now take different colors and mix it in 22 spoon water, cashew almond currant. Now put the cover on it, slow the fire.
When you are decorating the zarda in plates then use khoyaa as outline of the rice... . it wil give a unique look....
