The difference between the Uruguayan's stats in 2015 and 2014 show how well he has adapted to his new team.
Luis Suárez is getting better and better. The Uruguayan’s stats in 2015, compared with those in 2014, show that very clearly. In his 13 games since the New Year he has scored seven goals, an average of 0.54 a game, a considerable rise on the three goals he scored in his first 11 outings (average 0.27). He has netted four of the six Barça goals.
But it is not just in terms of goals that his adaptation is there to be seen. As the following table shows, he is now much more participative in almost every area of the game.
