Put both lentils in a pressure cooker with enough water. Add ground ginger and garlic, chilli powder turmeric powder, all spice and salt. Cook till well blended and done. Heat oil and fry cumin seeds and chopped onion till brown. Pour over the prepared lentils. Sprinkle all spice over and garnish with coriander before serving |
