The Reds have been hit by a remarkable number of injuries early on this season, but the Dutchman has no plans to tailor his training sessions.
ouis van Gaal has admitted that Manchester United's injury record is a "big concern".
The Reds are without NINE players ahead of Sunday's meeting with QPR at Old Trafford, after Phil Jones joined the likes of Marouane Fellaini and Michael Carrick on the sidelines.
Van Gaal has also been denied the services of Luke Shaw, Rafael and Ander Herrera in the early stages of the season - though they are now fit again.
And, when asked about United's poor injury record in recent seasons, the Dutch boss replied: "This is a big concern, you are right, I think."
However, Van Gaal has no plans to ease up on his players in training, and insists they must adapt to his methods instead.
"We have to evaluate how we train, but for the level I demand as a coach we need to train like that," he added.
"But the players have to adapt to that level and that's the crucial thing.
"Because we have to grow and develop ourselves to the top of this sport, the Premier League.
"But I am always evaluating myself. That philosophy has brought a lot of titles, I'm sorry to say that."
