Bouncer Chronicles reports that former Cleveland Browns quarterback and Texas A&M star Johnny Manziel is spending money like he is still playing in the NFL. He spent nearly $35,000 last week celebrating his birthday in Miami.

Our sources said the hard partying former Brown started his celebrations last Thursday night at LIV dropping nearly $5,000 on Armand de Brignac champagne. The disgraced ex-NFL quarterback spent the next 2 nights hanging out at Rockwell sitting at a table that required a $10,000 tab. He was ordering parades of champagne, including magnums of Armand de Brignac Rose that sell for $3,250 a bottle!

Then on Sunday night he paid $10,000 for a VIP table at LIV!
