Ingredients
Pasta - 400g to 450 g
margherita sauce - 3.5 cups
Basil Leaves - 10-15
Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves / Cilantro - 2 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Method
- Cook the pasta as stated in the package. Keep it aside.Heat the pan and add margherita sauce. Let it boil.
- Add basil leaves and mix well. Cook for 2 mins.
- Add cooked pasta and mix well.
- Add Parmesan cheese and mix well let it cook for another 2 mins. Switch it off.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot
