INGREDIENTS:
- 3 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 2 1/2 cups of flour
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 cups boiled water
- 1 tablespoon of kosher salt
- pinch of black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 teaspoons of curry powder
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a medium sized bowl, combine 2 cups of boiled water, 1 tablespoon of kosher salt, pinch of black pepper, minced 2 garlic cloves, and 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder.
- Cut 3 boneless and skinless chicken breasts into small strips, add into the water mixer; let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In one small bowl add 2 1/2 cups of flour and in another small bowl whisk 3 large eggs.
- When ready to cook the chicken, heat up 3 Tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Dredge chicken strips in flour and than in whisked eggs; add to the heated oil. Fry each side.
