Ingredients:
- 12 bananas (saba, sliced length wise)
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except saba.
- Mix until well blended then add the sliced bananas.
- Heat a pan with oil, place three slices of saba then pour a little batter on it.
- Fry a few minutes on each side, you will know if it’s ready when it turns golden brown.
- Transfer to a serving plate. Then serve.
