Ingredients Used
Chicken: 1kg
Vegetable oil
Onion paste: 1cup
Ginger garlic paste: 3 tablespoon
Coriander powder: 2 tablespoon
Chille powder: 2
Cumin powder: 2 tablespoon
Chicken Masala: 1 tablespoon
Garam Masala: 1 tablespoon
Salt
Cloves: 4
Green cardamom: 2
Curry leaf: 1
Curd: 1/2 cup
Fresh cream: 2 tablespoon
Water: 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil
Marinade
Take a bowl, wash chicken properly and drain the extra water. Add curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, chille powder, ginger garlic paste and mix well. Keep it your refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Take a pressure cooker, pour vegetable oil and let it get hot. Then add cloves, cardamom and curry leaf to it. Soon after adding, put the marinate chicken into the pressure cooker and let it fry till golden brown. Keep watching and stir to avoid sticking and burning. Fry it in medium flame. And when it turns to golden brown, add chicken masala, garam masala and salt to taste. Give it a stir and then add the onion paste and stir. Later on add fresh cream and stir. Cover the lid of the pressure cooker and give it one whistle. Wait till the pressure goes out on its own.
