MASALA CHICKEN
Today I am going to share a very spicy chicken recipe which can be served for dinner as main dish. This recipe is very rich in spices and delicious can be served for 6-7 to people. Give a try to this dish and serve with Nan or rice.
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken 2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon
- Onion 2 medium size
- Ripe tomatoes 2
- Green chillies 5-6
- Green coriander leaves 1 bunch
- All spices 1 table spoon
- Cumin seeds 1 table spoon
- Turmeric powder ½ table spoon
- Red chilli powder 1 table spoon
- Cardamom 1-2
- Cloves 1-2
- Oil ½ cup
- Salt to tast
Cooking directions
- Take oil in pan add cumin seeds whole cloves and cardamom let them to pop.
- Add onion and fry till golden brown.
- Now add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, red chillies, salt and turmeric powder and fry till oil leaves the sides of pan.
- Add chicken and fry for 10 minutes make sure the chicken is softening.
- Now reduce the flame and add yogurt and fry.
- Add 1 cup of water in it sprinkle green chillies green coriander and cover the pan for 10-15 minutes on slow flame.
- When chicken is soften turn off flame and sprinkle all spices powder.
- Serve it with Nan or rice.
