The Master Cleanse Detox Diet

The master cleanse detox diet has been used for more than 50 years to rejuvenate the body, lose weight, and increase health.

 

This is a 10 day programme, so be prepared for the whole 10 days to complete it Before starting on a master cleanse detox diet, you should consult your doctor or nutritionist.

 

You will need to drink six to 12 servings of the master cleanse lemonade recipe, here is the basic single serving recipe, and all ingredients should be organic:

 

  • Two tablespoons of lemon juice

  • Two tablespoons of b grade maple syrup

  • 1/10 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

  • 10 ounces of filtered water

 

If you wish to make up the full days quota in one batch you can do so. But you must refrigerate the lemonade. In order to ensure that each days batch of lemonade is as fresh as possible don’t make more than one day’s batch at a time.

 

Tip: If you don’t like the idea of the cayenne pepper mixed into your drink, then with each glass of lemonade you can take two cayenne pepper capsules instead. You will find cayenne pepper capsules at most good health stores.

 

In the book by Stanley Burroughs' Master Cleanse he explains that it is one a powerful way to cleanse candida and heavy metals from your body, you will regain optimal health and a healthy weight loss. Removing the toxic load will boost your immune system, get rid of headaches, fatigue, allergies, pain, arthritis and improve your vitality. You will follow the master cleanse detox diet for a period of 10 days, you can extend the period if you wish, as a guide, the master cleanse detox diet is complete when you see the white build up on your tongue fade, and it looks pink showing that all candida has been removed.

 

During the period of the master cleanse, no food is consumed, only the master cleanse detox lemonade whenever you feel hungry.

 

It is said that the third day is the worst; it’s getting over the hurdle of not eating food. To distract your self from the initial cravings, rent some movies, read books. Listen to music. Keep busy, don’t do anything too strenuous, but keep yourself occupied, work on your beadwork or other craft, paint, draw, and write. Sedate activities but they help you to keep your mind off food. Don’t invite friends to visit, they will want normal foods and that’s just too tempting. Read as much as you can about the master cleanse detox diet before starting and you will get through it comfortably.
