I’ve worked at Fuzzy Duck for over eighteen months as a motion designer. Before I started here I worked as a freelancer which I enjoyed, however the one thing that I missed was working in a team. Working as a duck you’re always working alongside somebody else, which is great because you’re able to utilise each others skills.
Being in a studio where peoples specialities are vast, means that there’s always a fresh perspective on briefs, which keeps the work that we create exciting and fresh and I enjoy being a part of it. I’ve had the chance to work on a variety of projects since starting here, both heritage work and commercial and I enjoy creating content for both. I’ve learnt so much from other people which has been invaluable and have had the chance in the last year to develop as a designer and I’m look forward to that continuing in the future.
When you’ve got the chance to learn something new everyday, in an environment where you’re valued and respected makes you look forward to coming in the studio on a daily basis (and being surrounded by Star wars stuff helps!).
