Tilt is a collaborative effort between the Brainerd, MN contingent of Phil Holbrook and Jeremy Doyle and the Chicago, IL contingent of Julie Keck and Jessica King.

Screenwriting/filmmaking duo Julie Keck and Jessica King are co-writing Tilt. Known for their irreverent sense of humor, playfulness, and emotional complexity, they plan to infuse the darker themes of Tilt with levity and emotional truth. Jessica is also working with Phil to produce the film.

Phil Holbrook is directing Tilt. He’ll probably be doing a little bit of this and that, too. Who doesn’t on a low budget film? Phil has written and directed several short films, but Tilt will be his first feature length film. Phil plans to infuse the levity and emotional truth of Tilt with darker themes.

Jeremy Doyle will be shooting everybody! I mean, uh, he’ll be the cinematographer for Tilt. Most likely, he’ll help out in post, too. As a multi-talented behind-the-scenes guy, don’t expect to be hearing much from him. Jeremy plans to infuse the dark truths with emotional levity and universal themes. Or something like that.
