The latest development in the hit-and-run case involving Bollywood actor Salman Khan is that the Bombay High Court has suspended his five-year prison sentence today pending an appeal. So, the actor need not go to jail for now. The next hearing has been set for June. Meanwhile, the actor can apply for bail with a bond of Rs. 30,000 and has the right to seek permission to travel abroad.
