The AnTuTu benchmark site released its list of the top scoring Android phones for 2014. On top was the Meizu MX4. Powered by the octa-core MT6595 from MediaTek, the phone had an average score of 47,765. For those new to the world of smartphones, the AnTuTu site tests Android devices submitted by users via an app that can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. AnTuTu tests each model's CPU, GPU, RAM, I/O and UX. When done, the app will give you an overall score, which can be different each time you run the app. Factors like the temperature of the phone and running apps can change the bottom line result.
