1. At first sand surface (sand paper)
2. Wipe clean the walls
3. Apply wall primer (80-100 ml water to 1ltr of primer) (Dry 6-8 hrs)
4. Wall putty (Let it dry for 4-6 hrs)
5. Scratch sandpaper (180 paper)
6. Again put wall primer (Same composition as above) (Dry 6-8 hrs)
7. Sand surface with 320 paper
8. Apply paint (To 1ltr of paint mix 600-700 ml water) (Dry 3-4 hrs)
9. 2nd coat of paint (Same composition)
AND THAT'S IT. YOU ARE DONE. :)
