Mexican BBQ Noodles Salad
Ingredients:
Noodles (Boiled) 1 Pkt
Carrots (Juilan Cutting) 1 Cup
Capsicums (Juilan Cutting) ¼ Cup
Green Chilies (Juilan Cutting) ½ Cup
Spring Onions (Juilan Cutting) ½ Cup
Cabbages (Juilan Cutting) ½ Cup
Chicken Boneless Breast + Marinated Grill 1 Cup
Dressing:
B.B.Q Sauce 1 Cup
Chili Garlic Sauce ¼ Cup
Hot Sauce 4 Tbsp
Olive Oil ½ Cup
White Vinegar ¼ Cup
Black Pepper ½ Tsp
Oregano Leaves 2 Tbsp
Salt ½ Tsp
Chicken Marination:
Chicken Breast Boneless ½ Kg
Worcestershire Sauce ¼ Cup
French Mustard Paste 2 Tsp
Paprika Powder ½ Tsp
Black Pepper ½ Tsp
Oil 4 Tbsp
Salt ¼ Tsp
Instructions:
Noodles Boiling Process
In a medium stock pot, boil water, add salt and cook noodles. When finished, place noodles in an ice water bath to cool. Drain and set aside. Then cut all the given ingredients as mentioned above.
Chicken Marination Process
Marinate chicken with Worcestershire sauce, French mustard paste, paprika powder, black pepper, oil and salt to taste. Leave it for half an hour then grilled the chicken in a grill pan.
B.B.Q Sauce Making Process
Take a small bowl. Add some oil, B.B.Q Sauce, chili garlic sauce, white vinegar, chili sauce, black pepper and salt to taste.
Prepare A Mexican Noodles Salad Tray
Now take a big dish and add the ingredients step by step. First add boiled noodles, combine prepared vegetables, grilled chicken cubes and sprinkle some oregano leaves for a flavoring purpose. Then pour down the B.B.Q Sauce over it. Toss it properly.
Cook Time: 15 To 20 Minutes.
Serve Chill.
