Mexican Salsa Sauce
Ingredients:
Onions (Fine Chopped) ½ Cup
Cucumbers (Fine Chopped) ½ Cup
Tomatoes With Pulp (Fine Chopped) 1 Cup
Green Chilies (Fine Chopped) ¼ Cup
Fresh Coriander (Fine Chopped) ¼ Cup
Tomato Ketchup 1 Cup
White Vinegar ½ Cup
Soya Sauce 3 Tbsp
Black Pepper ¼ Tsp
Salt Pinch
Red Crushed Chilies 1 Tbsp
Oregano Leaves 2 Tsp
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss well; adjust seasonings.
