Migraine Attack

I don't know why I am having a severe headache. I guess, the grrrr... Migraine has attacked again. I don't know what to do. As if my whole head is aching including my nape and shoulders. My forehead and eyes were in pain too. I can't help it, but to bury my head on the pillows.

I don't take any medication when migraine attacks. I just drink a lot of water and get enough sleep as much as possible. This is now the product of lack of rest for two weeks after I came back from vacation. More so, I have too much alcohol intake for the whole week. I think a need water therapy to was out all the toxins from my body. Hopefully, I will be okay tomorrow as I wake up.
