Miley Spotted Partying!

After splitting with Patrick Schwarzenegger this past April, Miley Cyprus has found a new man. According to Bouncer Chronicles, her new companion is Irish model and reality TV star Simon Sherry-Wood. The couple was spotted by our spies partying at UP&Down with singer Rihanna recently.They all left the club together in a SUV around 5AM.

Although Miley posted Instagram shots of her and Sherry-Wood, we were told they are just friends.
