Mince Meat Potato Kababs
Mince Meat Potato Kababs are delicious and spicy it doesn't take a long time for cooking it just take 10 to 12 minutes in preparation and 20 minutes of cooking peoples take these kababs with different sauces, like garlic, chili sauces. It can be served with meals, or also in iftar.
Ingredients
- Potatoes 2 (boiled)
- Minced meat 125 grams
- Ginger 1 piece
- Garlic 2 to 3 cloves
- Salt
- Oil
- Pomegranate seeds
- Red chili ½ teaspoon
- Coriander
- Mint leaves
- Green chilies 2 to 3
Method of cooking
- First, take the non stick pan and put some oil in it and put this oil on fire and heat it. Then adds ginger, garlic, minced meat, mint, coriander, green chilies, salt, ground red chili, cumin, pomegranate seeds in a pan.
- Combine minced meat in potatoes and mix them to make kababs.
- Then Fry these kababs in hot oil.
- Place tissues or lettuce leaf on a plate and put kababs on it in a sequence.
- Then garnish these kababas with sliced lemon and tomato chili.
