Mini cheesecake with chocolate and hazelnut

INGREDIENTS
15 chocolate sandwich cookies2 tablespoons hazelnuts, toasted and peeled2 tablespoons unsalted butter250g cream cheese3/4 cup Nutella1/2 cup sour cream2 large eggs2 tablespoons sugar2 tablespoons chocolate chips 
PROCEDURE.

1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Prepare a baking 12muffins with capacillos and drizzle with cooking spray.

2. In a food processor or blender, combine cookies, hazelnuts and butter until small crumbs. Divide them among the vessels and, using a flat-bottomed vessel, press them all the way down to compact. Bake for 5 minutes.

3. While you bake, clean the processor and add cream cheese, Nutella, sour cream, eggs and sugar. Blend until getting a smooth puree.
4. Spoon filling the capacillos to be near the top. You may be a few leftover mixture. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake for 20 minutes, until puffy, and surfaces are slightly cracked.
5. Let cool slightly and move it out of the tray to place them in the freezer for 10 minutes. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.
