Good evening friends, Sleep is very important part for our body to rest and feel fresh.We all take 7 to 8 hours sound sleep daily in night time and we work hard during day time.What I believe is in between lunch time and back to work we must cultivate the habit of taking mini nap and activate our subconscious mind.
During this time we did lunch and we are in half sleepy stage and at that time a 30 to 45 minute long mini nap will make us more relaxed and refresh. This will give our mind more power and energy to work with more efficiency.
Conclusion : Take a daily mini nap and remain healthy for long time
