MINT AND LEMON DRINK
Today I am going to share a very fresh and unique drink recipe. In Ramadan we take very heavy food and lots of spicy dishes and our stomach is overloaded causes indigestion so this is very digestive drink which should be taken after Aftar. This is very simple recipe and is made by few ingredients which are available easily on your kitchen counter, give a try to this recipe I am sure you will enjoy it as well as it will very effective after Aftar.
INGREDIENTS
- Mint leaves 10-11
- Lemon 2-3
- Green cardamom 1-2
- Sugar 1 tale spoon
- Water 2-3 glasses
- Ice cubes 5-6
METHOD
- In a sauce pan add 2-3 glasses of water and add green cardamom let it to boil.
- Now add mint leaves and sugars, slow down the flame boil it for 4-5 minutes.
- Turn off the flame pure in glass squeeze lemon in it.
- Add ice cubes you can also serve it hot as you like.
