'Moneyball' star Jonah Hill lists his mid-century modern LA home for $3 million
True story: In the hills below Mulholland Drive, Jonah Hill has listed his superbad marvel of mid-century modern architecture for $2.995 million.
The 3,660-square-foot home and guest house are replete with walls of glass and skylights, bringing sunshine to the open floor plan and ebonized oak floors.
It was built in 1959 for actress Beverly Garland, the Los Angeles Timesreported; Hill is the only other owner. The actor who was Oscar-nominated for both "Moneyball" and "The Wolf of Wall Street" paid $1.865 million for the 4-bedroom, 5-bath home in 2010.
A Zen courtyard entrance leads to the main house. Sliding glass doors in each room open to the yard, which boasts a salt-water pool and spa, an entertainment center and a sports court (for playing Money- and other kinds of ball). The only dark spot is a state-of-the-art screening room.
The master bath is fit for any wolf of Wall Street and his friend, with Carrera marble, a dual steam shower, Toto toilet and radiant heat floors.
The listing agent is Rona Passman of Hilton & Hyland.
