Early to bed,early to rise

     It is not easy to leave the bed early in the morning but I have made my habit to wake up early in the morning.I wake up early and leave my house for a morning walk.At that time

The fair breeze blow
The white foam flow
We were the first
that ever burst,
Into that silent sea

     Now the morning walk has become the necessary part of my life.When I was a child,my father used to take me with him as he used to go for his morning walk.I like those scenes very much.As now I am grown up,during my morning walk I often remember these beautiful lines of the poem

The scent of the wet sand
rises from every rock
When the night closes
Its deep dak eyes
and blooming day open
its own bright eyes

     The area which I select for walk reflects the real pictures of beauty.Green trees and fields look very beautiful.Cool breeze blows and green leaves of the trees are whispering in the wind.The birds fly away singing their beautiful and sweet songs in different directions.It is pleasant to see the first ray of the sun the earth.specially when at first the sun looks like the orange ball but gradually it covered itself with brightness.

     On the way i cross two flowing streams.The water of these streams is very cold and fresh.By seeing this wiew i gain remember the lines of Word-worth.

"The cock is crowing
The stream is flowing
The small birds twitter
The lake doth glitter"

     There are dew drops on the leaves of the trees and on the grass it looks like velvet carpet set with pearls.They shine brightly in the rays of the sun.It is a very lovely sight.In the early hours of the morning,smokeless air refreshes me.Then i reach at that place where i have to take some exercise.Then i have to move back to my home.On my way back,i see the farmers ploughing in the fields.Morning walk is very useful for health.It makes us happy and gay.It is a kind of exercise.It costs us nothing but give us many benefits to our health.
