The 8 Most Embarrassing TV deaths
One of the most powerful men in Westeros, who commanded armies and kings, was brought down by his own son while sitting on the toilet taking a dump. While very much adored and feared by everyone, Tywin could never really earn the respect of his own family, which eventually brought to his pathetic pantsless demise. At least his two surviving kids didn't end up having sex next to his dead body. So, that's a plus I guess.
Although a fictional character within the show, Dr. Ramoray's death is an embarrassing enough moment to earn a spot on this list. Falling down an elevator shaft is a pretty stupid death, that was made even more embarrassing by the fact that:
A) The shaft was so visibly open, that only an idiot would fall in.
B) The actor playing him knew his fate and made it look even more ridiculous by trying to avoid it, asking if anyone else wants to join the elevator ride with him.
Joey Tribbiani's soap opera career died right there, but it still wasn't as embarrassing as his LA career in that useless spin-off.
Coming and going in the speed of light, the two most hated characters on Lost were given the most embarrassing death the writers could think of, to the enjoyment of the hateful audience. Bitten by poisonous spiders, Nikki and Paulo found themselves paralyzed and unable to move or talk as they were buried alive. More embarrassing were probably the loud applause of every single viewer who watched that episode. But at least they died early enough to not witness that horrible finale.
The mere presence of Omar would bring terror and fear to everyone who lived in the low rises in Baltimore. When he stepped outside with his shotgun, kids would yell "Omar coming" and run inside their homes. But the most badass character in the show had the most embarrassing of deaths. Shot down by a little boy in the store while buying a pack of cigarettes. The scene was a huge surprise, giving Omar the least dignified, but most memorable, death in the whole show. It's all in the game, Omar.
There's nothing more embarrassing than dying by Homer Simpson's stupidity. Maude was killed when Homer bent down while a t-shirt cannon was shooting towards him, knocking her down from the bleachers. Grimes was killed while trying to imitate Homer, thinking he can survive the electric shock of two exposed wires. Homer didn't technically kill either one of them, but it was his actions that brought to their eventual death. Yet Homer would probably out live us all in the show that will never end.
American Horror Story has its share of embarrassing and weird deaths. But none of them as dumb and pointless as Zoe in the third season finale. In one of the trials to find who is the next supreme, Zoe and her friends played a game of tag, using their teleportation powers. Zoe transports herself right into a spiked iron gate, killing herself immediately. What is even more embarrassing is losing a game of tag when you're over 20 years old.
Throughout the entire season, Malvo was the most professional hit man in the world. He was casual about killing, and was pretty much fearless, walking right infront of policemen to kill a whole office full of people. He was systematic and ruthless. But much like Omar, he didn't even get to be killed by someone as good as he was. Instead, he was shot down by the biggest loser of the show - Colin Hanks' Gus Grimly. A goody two shoes police officer who once shot his own love interest by mistake, stepped up and offed the big bad of the season. Nothing more embarrassing than to have your last vision alive be Colin Hanks standing over you with a pistol.
Come on, how embarrassing was that? Not so much for the character, but for you, wasting 9 years of your life for this.
